AUROZI's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and withdraw from the sales contract within 48 hours after receipt. Our return policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale.

Once we receive your returned package, we will register it and send an email notification. The refund will depend on your bank’s processing time and may take 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect on your original payment method.

For COD orders, you’ll receive store credit once processing is complete. The entire return process may take 3-4 weeks from the postage date.

To keep your AUROZI jewellery in excellent condition for as long as possible, please follow the care instructions below:

• Store jewellery in its original box or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
• Keep away from water, perfumes, and chemicals.
• Avoid direct impact and scratches.
• Remove before washing hands, swimming, or applying lotion and perfume.

Note: AUROZI jewellery is designed for occasional wear. Daily use may result in fading. If plating fades, you may return it to us for free re-plating within warranty. Shipping to our office is your responsibility; return shipping is on us.
